Brandon Bundren is a native Nashvillian and a trial attorney in Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP’s Nashville, Tennessee office. Mr. Bundren’s practice is focused on intellectual property and competitive practices litigation, including complex litigation involving non-compete, trade secrets, and unfair competition maters. From 2005 until 2014, Mr. Bundren practiced in Houston, Texas with the international law firms Thompson & Knight, LLP (2005-2008) and Duane Morris LLP (2008-2014).
Mr. Bundren obtained his Bachelors of Arts (Economics) in 2002 from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctorate in 2005 (cum laude) from Baylor Law School.
Mr. Bundren’s practice is focused in the State of Tennessee, however, he has significant trial experience appearing before state and federal courts within the State of Texas.
Mr. Bundren has been listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers, “Rising Stars,” Business Litigation, 2015-2016 and Texas Super Lawyers, “Rising Stars,” Business Litigation, 2012-2014.
While not in the courtroom or the office, Mr. Bundren enjoys spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their two sons, Riley and Rhett.
